CANCELLATION POLICY
🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 20–30% of the total cost of the service booked. No-shows will also be charged 20–30% of the service total to the card on file. Clients arriving 15 minutes or more past their scheduled time will be considered a no-show and charged the applicable fee. Please note that any lost time cannot be made up during the appointment. Card on File: A valid credit card is required to book. All cancellation and no-show fees will be charged automatically to the card on file. We appreciate your understanding and support — your time and ours are valuable, and this policy ensures a smooth experience for everyone !
